onsemi is seeking an expert who can build automated customer journeys that help contacts along the path to purchase. The Marketing Automation Specialist will be responsible for the planning, creating, measuring, and optimizing of workflows that engage the right customer at the right time with the right content and the right call to action. This role is part strategist, part creator, and part analyst, with the ultimate objective being an increase in leads, MQLs, SQLs, and revenue. This is a new role where you will have the chance to help define the digital customer journey within a Fortune 500 firm in the tech industry. You will leverage marketing automation platforms and other tools to build workflows for the global corporate marketing team, sales teams, and other internal customers throughout the organization. Rich experience working with a marketing automation system such as Marketo, Hubspot, Pardot, Iterable, Eloqua, etc. is required. Experience leveraging a customer data platform (CDP) to collect customer data and orchestrate interactions is also highly preferred. This position reports to the head of our digital marketing.

What will be your main responsibilities in the role?
  • Identify different segmentation criteria based on audience behavior, demographic, geographic, psychographic characteristics, etc.
  • Build automated workflows and triggers across various marketing platforms to optimize the customer journey
  • Conduct testing to optimize all aspects of the customer journey
  • Help optimize lead generation, nurturing, and scoring
  • Consult with various teams within the organization to build and test workflows that drive business objectives
  • Consistently focus on improving leads, MQLs, SQLs, and revenue
  • Be able to wear multiple hats in assisting the team with other marketing tasks as needed
What about you?
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • 5+ years’ experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Hubspot, Pardot, Iterable, or Eloqua
  • An understanding of customer data structures, digital buyer’s journeys, and integrated marketing tech stacks
  • Experience with data analytics, such as Google Analytics
  • Ability to collaborate with other teams
  • Ability to deliver complex projects on a deadline
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent follow-up and project management skills
  • Basic understanding of automation techniques with ad platforms (Google, Facebook, Taboola, Baidu) is a plus
  • B2B marketing and account-based marketing (ABM) experience a plus
  • Fluency in German is a plus

  • Meal Subsidy: Company canteen and meal subsidy on an average of 70 CZK per lunch taken in the company canteen or meal subsidy in value of 60 CZK (acceptable in external restaurants).
  • Accommodation support: For employees who decided to relocate from a different region, the company contributes to home rent during the first four years of employment or the company contributes to mortgage payments for those who decided to buy their home.
  • Sports and Cultural Activities Support: The employee receives an annual contribution for culture and sports activities of approximately 2000 CZK per employee per year. The employee becomes eligible after the probation period.
  • Children recreation: The employee receives an annual contribution for children recreation of max 1000 CZK per child per year. The employee becomes eligible after the probation period.
