At onsemi, we seek a results-driven professional to join our Channel Marketing Team as the EMEA Channel Marketing Specialist. You will drive demand creation with EMEA’s distribution partners by deploying integrated marketing campaigns supporting onsemi’s corporate and channel strategies. This role involves building strong relationships and influencing stakeholders across Corporate Marketing, Business Units, Field Sales, and Distribution Partners.
What will be your main responsibilities in the role?
- Deploy onsemi’s marketing strategies through EMEA distribution partners.
- Align onsemi’s channel marketing strategy with the strengths of regional partners.
- Develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns.
- Define and report KPIs for marketing program impact.
- Attract, educate, and engage customers.
- Define and lead our Global NPI communication program.
- Drive early adoption of onsemi’s new products.
- Generate new customer leads.
- Support EMEA distribution partners at major trade shows and regional events.
- Develop sales enablement programs to enable and motivate distributor field teams.
- Maintain quality technical content to support design activities.
- Coordinate technical training events for distributor field personnel.
What are the requirements?
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, business, marketing, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years in product marketing, corporate marketing, business development, or similar experience.
- B2B marketing experience in the semiconductor industry or electronics component distributors is a plus.
- Proven success in strategizing and executing B2B digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
