PROJECT MANAGER – IT

What will be your main responsibilities in the role?

• Lead and manage a large, complex project(s) or program to deliver business objectives in alignment with corporate strategies.
• Interacts with senior leadership and key stakeholders to establish schedules and objectives in alignment with business roadmaps
• Builds close partnerships with project sponsor(s), key project stakeholders and senior IT management
• Directs all internal and external project team members (from business and IT) as well as vendors
• Acts as a liaison between business customers and IT solution delivery teams
• Responsible for preparing the financial costs, benefits and ROI for projects and programs
• Ensures projects are planned and executed in-line with the IT PMO methodology:
• Ability to learn and provide user support on IT’s project and portfolio management tool, ResourceFirst
• Understands BI (Business Intelligence) reports and does critical data analysis
• Has solid Entrepreneurial Skills such as business acumen, customer centricity, judgement, risk management, learning agility, process knowledge, network performance, emotional intelligence, ownership & commitment, servant leadership and stakeholder partnership
• Monitors Quality Assurance of project deliverables and compliance
• Coaches and mentors less experienced project managers and project team members

What are the requirements?

• You should have master or bachelor university degree (…).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are in this role highly appreciated.
• In this role you will use your excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• You need to have already an experience with project / program management.
• A minimum of 7 to 10 years of project management
• A minimum of 5 years of experience from multinational/global organization
• Late meetings through the week depending on project needs (Could require 4 days a week meetings until 8 PM EMEA region time zone)
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience as Scrum Master is welcomed
• 5 years of Engineering or Information Technology experience is welcomed
