Senior Recruiter

onsemi is seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Recruiter based in Rožnov pod Radhoštěm to manage the full recruitment lifecycle including developing active sourcing strategies, attracting top talent, conducting interviews, assessing candidates, and supporting hiring decisions. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, build strong talent pipelines, and maintain relationships with external talent sources. Additionally, a Senior Recruiter will participate in coordinating and/or attending job fairs and other recruitment events. As a trusted talent acquisition partner, you will help ensure onsemi attracts and hires the skilled professionals needed to support our continued growth and innovation.

What will be your main responsibilities in the role?

• Act as the main point of contact for hiring at onsemi in the Czech Republic (Rožnov pod Radhoštěm and Brno)
• Oversee the entire hiring process, from requisition approval to onboarding
• Develop innovative, creative, and proactive recruiting/sourcing strategies to deliver headcount requirements within cycle time
• Act as a Consultant to Hiring Managers on headcount planning and analysis
• Identify improvement initiatives to provide customer satisfaction and excellent candidate experience
• Effectively build and engage with talent communities through various channels
• Provide recruiting support to other countries/sites whenever necessary. Partner with regional teams to support recruitment initiatives across other countries and sites when required
• Organize and support branding activities to establish a recognizable “Employer of Choice” reputation for the company
• Other duties as may be deemed appropriate or necessary

What are the requirements?

• MS degree preferred. An equivalent combination of BS degree or secondary education with 8+ years of relevant recruiting experience may also be considered
• Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
• Experience from multinational or international business environment
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment
• PC skills, attention to detail
• Perfect Czech and English command, both written and spoken
• Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities, including administrative tasks
