In Rožnov p. R., surrounded by the beautiful Beskydy mountains, we are focusing on design and production of silicon wafers and semiconductors for our clients in automotive, industrial, communications, computing, LED lighting, medical, aerospace and other industries.
What will be your main responsibilities in the role?
Development of semiconductor devices and technologies
- Process and device development in TCAD simulation software
- Creation of calibrated TCAD decks
- Laboratory evaluation and characterization
- Simulation support of semiconductor development teams
- Communication with worldwide development and manufacturing
What are the requirements? / What about you?
- University degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics
- Knowledge of microelectronics, semiconductor physics and IC design methodologies
- Knowledge of Analog and/ or Power Circuits and related measurement methods preferable
- At least basic knowledge of IC technological processes
- Knowledge of advanced IC design tools (Cadence and/or Mentor and/or other) preferable
- Knowledge / Experience in IC testing
- Experience with finite element method computation preferable
- Fluent in English, written and spoken

- Accommodation support: For employees who decided to relocate from a different region, the company contributes to home rent during the first four years of employment or the company contributes to mortgage payments for those who decided to buy their home.
