Semiconductor Wafers Production Process Engineer
Location: Rožnov pod Radhoštěm

Responsibilities
- Technological process control
- Responsibility for technological processes
- Planning, execution and evaluation of tests
- Qualifications of process changes, new processes and equipment
- Cooperation on development of new technological processes (SiC)
- Creating and maintaining documentation
- Production support
- Responsibility for the particular process yield
- Participation on production issues problem solving – problem analysis, proposal and implementation of preventive and corrective actions
- Cooperation on continuous improvement and cost reduction activities
- Cooperation on operators training, operators qualifications and skills improvements
- Active participation on team collaboration with Production, R&D, Maintenance, Measurement and Data analysis
Requirements
- Technical university degree (chemistry, physics, material science)
- Education or experience advantage: optical analysis methods, machining of hard materials, semiconductors production and processing
- Analytical approach to the technical and technological problem solving
- Experienced in Statistical data analysis and Design of Experiments
- Team player with good communication skills
- Self-reliant, proactive approach and willingness for continuous learning
- Languages: intermediate spoken and written English (B1/B2)
