  • Perform transistor-level circuit design and simulation for memory arrays, peripheral circuits, and sense amplifiers.
  • Optimize power, performance, and area (PPA) of memory designs to meet product requirements.
  • Conduct timing, reliability, and variation analysis (e.g., Monte Carlo simulations, worst-case corner analysis).
  • Work closely with physical design (layout) engineers to ensure optimal layout implementation for memory cells and bitlines.
  • Implement redundancy and error correction techniques for enhanced memory reliability.
  • Perform SPICE simulations, EM/IR drop analysis, and power integrity verification.
  • Support design verification and validation, including functional verification, silicon bring-up, and debugging.

What are the requirements?

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in SRAM/ROM memory design for semiconductor applications.
  • Strong knowledge of CMOS circuit design, transistor-level simulation, and memory architecture.
  • Experience with SPICE, Spectre, HSPICE, FastSPICE, or other circuit simulators.
